This space is ideal for entertaining, dungeon experiences, rope-suspension scenes, photography, content creation, DJ streaming, and more!
Studio PLUR's interior design has a modern art gallery vibe, featuring hardwood floors, industrial-style ceilings, and dimmable recessed and track lighting.
The bathroom is spacious, equipped with a walk-in multi-jet rainfall shower, a large sink and countertop, good lighting, a towel closet, a toiletry storage, and a closet for coats and belongings. We also installed a hot/cold bidet system.
Our social room is perfect for guest entertainment, private social events, and more. Features include a 2000-watt Pro-Audio Yamaha theater sound and visual system, with Bluetooth compatibility for your music needs. Custom LED lighting, WiFi, and air conditioning are available. The space has a corner bar with a fridge to keep your drinks chilled, along with one lounge area, an aftercare space, entertainment stages, and a sound stage for DJs or live performances.
The Dungeon is completely at your disposal for any consensual scene, you desire. The installation includes a custom-built floor cage with a play mattress on top. St. Andrews cross, and 3 different stylized benches. Wall anchors and hooks, with two display cabinets to arrange and display your gear, ready for your scene on any of our equipment nearby. We have installed 3 very secure hard points for rope suspensions.
Entry to Studio PLUR is very private, and no one needs to let you in the venue. We run a fully secure security pad door entry system. It's easy for you to enter and exit discreetly. For each booking, a code is randomly selected and is your entry code. This will be sent to your email and text message, along with your confirmation booking on the day of.
2 guests - $60 hr
3-5 guests - $80 hr
5-10 guests - $90 hr
10-20 guests - $300 Fixed Rate
20-40 guests - $400 Fixed Rate
No overnight bookings!
Pricing is calculated through our booking app below. Simply visit the app, choose the month and day, specify the number of guests, and enter your start and end times. The app will then determine the cost. We ask for a $150 deposit on top of the calculated amount, which is refundable after your stay is complete and the venue has been inspected.
For payment, we accept e-transfer or PayPal only. (Details will be emailed to you after the booking is complete.) These are the preferred payment methods. The venue deposit will also be refunded as it was paid.
